The Maharajas were inveterate hunters and the ‘Laal Maans’ was a favourite among them. Due to the paucity of exotic ingredients in the hunting camp kitchen, the game meat was simply cooked in pure ghee, salt and plenty of red chillies. Mutton is now used as the choice of meat for ‘Laal Maans’. We recommend you to try this delicacy at the Khejri restaurant! from 8.30 pm onwards.
