Discover the soul of Vietnam on a journey through Hoi An – where golden lanterns glow, flavours awaken the senses and the charming riverside comes alive.

Wander through morning markets, master the art of Vietnamese cooking and handcraft your own lantern, before drifting down the Thu Bon River beneath a sky of shimmering lights.

Along the way, savour regional dishes, share stories with fellow members and uncover a side of Vietnam that’s truly unforgettable.

ITINERARY

DAY 1 TUESDAY 31 MARCH 2026

Check in to Karma Song Hoai
Welcome dinner with drinks

DAY 2 WEDNESDAY 1 APRIL 2026

Breakfast at the resort
9:30 am: Old Town market crawl – discover local produce and how daily meals are prepared
11:00 am: Return to the resort for a hands-on cooking class to prepare Cao Lau, Hoi An’s signature dish, followed by group lunch
2:00 pm: Visit a lantern-making factory and craft your own lantern
3:30 pm: Leisure time
5:00 pm: Hoi An lantern river canoe experience
6:30 pm: Special set dinner at Morning Glory restaurant with drinks
