It was a beautiful, memorable holiday experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

First of all I should be grateful to Mrs.Namrata Tripathi (Concierge-Karma Royal residences,Goa) for arranging our stay in such a wonderful resort. Ms. Namratha used to render guidance in selecting resorts and to book rooms within reasonable time to suit our requested dates. She also guides us with offers of the company apart from regular eligible holidays. <\/span>Undoubtedly a person like Ms. Namrata is an asset to the company.\u00a0<\/span>When we landed in the resort, we were given a warm welcome. <\/span><\/p>\n

Of course our visit was third time to this resort and we were happy to see the familiar persons. We felt as if we entered our own home and very happy to see them all.\u00a0<\/span>The allotted rooms were beautiful, spacious, neat and tidy. The rooms are fully furnished and comfortable.<\/span><\/p>\n

The resort is well maintained with parks, gym, spa, activity center etc. Lot of improvements when compared to our last visit.\u00a0<\/span>Every day was a happy day for us. \u00a0Restaurant was nice but we didn\u2019t use much because of our hectic sightseeing schedule. <\/span>The front office staffs were very courteous and prompt in helping in every part of our schedule.\u00a0<\/span>Miss.Diviya (Asst. front office manager) is one of the unforgettable persons who was always the first to help. A person fit to position\u00a0<\/span>Mr. Lijo George(FM),Mr.Kripa Saran,Miss.Suriya,Mr.Dinesh are also remarkable persons.\u00a0<\/span>Regarding room service, Miss. Sonia Jose should be appreciated for maintaining the rooms neat and clean.<\/span><\/p>\n

I should appreciate <\/span><\/i>Miss.Anju,the activity in charge (a folk song singer artist)who was always \u00a0\u00a0doing some hand work to keep the area beautiful. At times she becomes a part of the children when they play games .She accepts the children in smile whenever they wanted to know about the games.My grand daughter just three years old loved her company and was always running after her calling Anju aunty. She is very apt and efficient and very smart in entertaining and engaging children in different activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

Undoubtedly the growth of your company is because of such efficient persons.\u00a0<\/span>I can go on refreshing my memories and the hospitality of the staff members.\u00a0<\/span>I and my family members thank one and all in kumarakom and Royal Karma organization for their contribution in making our vacation happy and memorable.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We all left the resorts reluctantly and longing to visit again .<\/span><\/p>\n

In nut shell our stay though short, was remarkable and wish to look for more and more opportunities to visit Karma Chakra \u00a0Resort, Kumarakom . <\/span><\/p>\n
