Always happy to help with smile. They were very polite and always willing to go an extra mile!!<\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\">Well done to the manager and staff at Karma Minoan and thank you for an excellent service.<\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\">\nWe had a Greek night at the resort and it was such fun!! The music and food was excellent and even my baby granddaughter enjoyed all the attention!\u00a0I also had a birthday at the resort and the staff surprised me with a cake and birthday song at breakfast.\u00a0We also met Paul who was very pleasant and always on hand if we needed anything.<\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\">\nOur units were very comfortable too, and the staff were happy to help if we need anything, specially for our little baby.<\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\">\nSo thank you once again to all of you at Karma Minoan and maybe we will visit you again.<\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\">\nSending you all hugs from London<\/p>\n<p>Felicia Saldanha<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I recently stayed at Karma Minoan, Crete, Greece with my family and we all had a great time!\u00a0The staff from the reception, restaurant and housekeeping were amazing!!
