We’ve had a week to reflect on our 12 Days of Karma 2023-4 edition and we can confirm that it was epic! This year’s celebrations reached new heights, with our resorts in Europe and the UK, India and Southeast Asia delivering festive season delight to our global Karma family.
Our India resorts provided the perfect blend of cultural, culinary and celebratory highlights – featuring the very best from our regions, including Himachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Kerala and Goa as guests were greeted to events, excursions and wellness offerings.
There were a myriad highlights – with flagship Bali resort Karma Kandara once again pulling out the stops for its 12 Days adventure – the Beachside Brawl was a resounding success, with Chef Joe Antonishek flexing his Southern BBQ skills to take the title in a close-run battle with his South African colleague Stefan who was presenting his native Braai style barbecue.
New Year’s Eve at Karma Kandara was not your typical countdown. We time-travelled to ancient Egypt for a NYE bash that brought the Nile’s mystique to Bali—sphinxes and all – ringing in the new year with a touch of pharaoh flair!
There were giveaways too, with a series of raffles with lucky winners scoring dreamy stays at Karma Lake of Menteith, Karma Borgo di Colleoli, Karma Royal Haathi Mahal, and even a 4-night cruise on Karma Karnak along the Nile River exploring ancient Egypt for real!
