DIY Karma Spa massage

This wellness ritual is recommended by Karma Spa’s very own Ayurveda doctor. It’s an ancient self-care massage to help you maintain smooth, firm and toned skin.  Every morning, before you shower or bathe, apply warm coconut or sesame oil to your skin and massage using upward strokes towards the heart. Be vigorous in your motions as this helps to move the toxins through your lymphatic system. Leave on for 30-minutes then rinse off in a warm shower or bath. There’s no downside – your skin will feel nourished and hydrated.
