15 September

Embark on an e-bike escapade through Assolna Village’s charming alleys and along the banks of the tranquil River Sal. Return to Karma Royal Haathi Mahal and indulge in locally sourced gelato at the inviting Waffle Bar at lobby-level, conjuring the authentic Italian spirit. Then, join Chef Avijit at 5pm for a pasta masterclass in the dynamic ambiance of Casa Lisboa’s lively kitchen. The culinary journey continues with a wine pairing dinner at 7.30pm, featuring the illustrious La Piuma Chianti from the heart of Tuscany.


16 September

Awaken your senses with an 8am yoga session guided by our experienced team at the activities centre. At 11:00 am, accompany Chef Kundan to Margao town to discover treasures in the traditional Goan market. Witness his art of ingredient selection, a prelude to the grand Indian feast he will craft later on….As dusk settles, Casa Lisboa transforms into a portal to India. The Maharaja’s Table beckons at 7:30 pm, an opulent 5-course sit-down dinner meticulously curated to traverse the diverse flavours of the Indian subcontinent.


17 September

Discover the art of crafting Jamu, a healthful turmeric herbal elixir, at 11.30 am in the relaxed atmosphere of Splash Bar. At 3:00 pm, venture to the picturesque Butterfly Beach in South Goa for a serene sunset picnic, embracing the coastal serenity. Upon your return, an Indonesian culinary affair awaits. Casa Lisboa hosts a pop-up Warung from 7.30pm onwards, presenting a tantalising spread featuring satays, nasi goreng, and much more.
