The property is in the heart of the Trossachs, easily accessible from both Edinburgh and Glasgow and 20 minutes betwixt Stirling and Loch Lomond. You may have exclusive use of the hotel and we are equipped to ensure you enjoy this supremely special day with friends and family

The menus and drink packages shown are just examples and can be modified to meet your needs. Each food menu option includes a basic drinks package within the price. The basic option is: a glass of Prosecco, half a bottle of house wine per guest, and a glass of bubbles for a toast.

We can host up to 175 Guests for dining and up to a maximum of 200 guests for the evening reception in a marquee which will be an additional cost. The maximum capacity in our restaurant is 45

Osprey Menu
  • £70 PER PERSON
STARTERS
  • Cocktail of western isles King Prawns with Marie Rose sauce, crisp lettuce and house baked bread.
  • Terrine of house smoked chicken with black pudding bon bons and apricot coulis.
  • Watermelon, heirloom tomatoes and mozzarella cheese with basil pesto and a micro salad (v).
MAIN
  • Breast of duck with cauliflower puree, dauphinoise potatoes, roasted carrots and rosemary jus.
  • Pan roasted fillet of cod with potato rosti, shellfish minestrone and baby spinach.
  • Soft risotto of wild mushrooms, topped with a crispy hens egg (v).
DESSERT
  • Baked white chocolate and orange cheesecake with lime curd and rosemary ice-cream.
  • Milk chocolate fondant with popcorn ice cream and glazed cherries.
  • Rose petal panna cotta with house baked shortbread and berry compote.

  • Cannon of flaked confit duck leg, with carrot potato fondant, plum gel and sauteed greens.
  • Avocado, feta cheese and orange salad (v).
MAIN
  • Pan fried fillet of Lemon Sole with crushed new potatoes, charred asparagus and a white wine sauce.
  • Honey baked Perthshire cutlet with potato rosti, sauteed wild mushroom and confit baby vegetables.
  • Sun dried tomato tortellini with a spring onion couscous and tarragon cream.
DESSERT
  • Lemon meringue ice parfait with macerated strawberries and mint gel.
  • Chocolate marble mousse with jam doughnut and popcorn ice cream.
  • Glazed lemon tart with tangy lemon sorbet.

  • ½ Scottish lobster with sautéed potato, French style peas and a wild garlic butter.
  • Trossachs rack of lamb with parsnip and potato cake, pear and mint puree, tempura cauliflower and red currant gel.
  • Open lasagne of asparagus and baby spinach, parmesan cream with broccoli puree.
DESSERT
  • Sticky toffee trio – toffee pudding, doughnut and honeycomb ice cream.

Each menu price includes a basic drinks package, a welcome drink, half a bottle of wine per person and a toast drink.
The Fine Print

We require a 30% deposit of the estimated total sum of your wedding to secure your booking. 120 days prior to your wedding we require 50% of the total invoice to be paid. The remaining balance is due 28 days before the wedding. Cancellations charges may apply in line with our terms and conditions.
