Our experience and stay at Royal Bali Beach Club at Jimbaran exceeded our expectations. We have travelled to many resorts and places in the world, but the warmth and hospitality shown by the staff was something that we have never experienced anywhere else.
Day one was little daunting as Australia (which is where our home is) is very different to the busier roads, number of people and traffic conditions.
However within 24 hours, all our inhibitions were taken care of, thanks to the service and hospitality shown by all staff and Balinese people in general.
We loved the fact that the resort only had 15 rooms, as that allowed us to enjoy the facilities in a private and family style atmosphere. The kids loved getting in and out of the pool, as and when they wanted, alternating between stepping out to the open air restaurant, ordering snacks and drinks, and getting served by staff that treated us like family.
The room and accommodation was very comfortable , the location was central - with just 15 minutes drive to Kuta or NusaDua or Seminyak.
The K Spa was a delight, and used to be the highlight of our day, each day, as the masseurs they had gave the best massages ever !!
We all had ball and are already planning our next holiday to Bali. Special mention to DeDe - the manager at the resort. Great Host & Tour Guide. Having his guidance and help during this trip made the holiday extra enjoyable.
