Just wanted to thank you for booking us into Karma Royal Palms in Goa. Kevin and I had a very relaxing two week holiday.
When our plane was delayed for two and half hours from Kuala Lumpur, we were feeling really down. But to see the taxi driver waiting for us in the middle of the night brought a smile to our faces. He was so welcoming and polite.
While we were at Karma Royal Palms, we made sure we went to the restaurant regularly and go for the specials that were being offered by the Spa. The Chef came up with specials, and we enjoyed most of them. We had the opportunity to meet him and he was very helpful with his explanations since we were not familiar with some of the dishes. The prices were so reasonable too. Thank you Chef!
I would recommend the Spa to anyone who would like to spoil themselves. I surely did and I do want to thank all the girls who made it very comfortable and relaxing.
Anyone who plans to stay there should take the opportunity to take walks within the vicinity because it’s so calming with all the gardens and you get to see all kinds of birds and hear them too. The bar beside the pool is a good idea too. We enjoyed our aperitifs nearly every day. The bar man was entertaining too. So what else can we say but Thank you.
Thank you to the front desk management, the wonderful in house workers who made sure our rooms were clean every day and the laundry people who did a wonderful job. Thank you once again.
