We were on two vacations at Karma Munnar we were 6 nights and Karma Sunshine Village we were 3 nights. In both units the staffs are very helpful, professional and received us very nicely. They took care of all our requests and kept asking if we needed anything else.
In Karma Munnar - Reshma, Ishrat, Rajesh especially took care of us. Very good food. We enjoyed the resort.
In Karma Sunshine Village - among the team were Pavitra, Yeshoda and Shantam who were excellent. A chef of the place made sure that the food was not spicy and Govindraj made sure that it was served as required. A quiet and relaxing place. We love it.
