Just left Karma Cay Tre after an absolutely wonderful 2 weeks there. This is definitely a favourite of ours. The intimacy of the small resort brought us all together, and the manager and staff went a long way to keep us happy.
We joined the hotel manager, Steve, on several of his ‘morning meanders’ which is bicycle runs into the paddies and around the area. We really enjoyed them and anyone can join as the pace is slow and the area flat. The resort has a number of bikes which are free for members to use and the area is ideal for biking.
The resort also has Vietnamese and Thai evenings, the Vietnamese ones with local dancers/ performers followed by singing and dancing for everybody. But the restaurant serves excellent food at all times at very reasonable prices.

Every day there is Happy Hour at the pool bar from 4 to 6 PM and that got everybody talking and socialising.
In Hoi An there is a lot to see and do and it is an easy ride on the bike in there or you can walk or go by taxi. The market is great to see and the lights in the old town and on the boats on the river are fantastic to see.
The resort is situated in a lovely quiet spot away from traffic, on the river, but not the busy part of the river and the gardens are really nice. ;)
