Recently my husband and I stayed at Karma Royal Jimbaran and Karma Royal Sanur.
Both hotels were amazing, the service we received whilst on our honeymoon was great. At Jimbaran the reception manager (forgot his name) was amazing and accommodated us when we had to move rooms due to a broken air conditioner that leaked.
At Sanur there were a few people who made our holiday great (honeymoon) they were Feby who was training there. She was funny and got to know us so it felt personalised. We read reviews about both resorts prior to staying and there were negative reviews however we thought both these resorts were great and we would return.
