Let me from the bottom of my heart convey this message of appreciation to Odyssey Karma for the excellent hospitality rendered to my son Pranav M Joshi, co-member under my membership by the Resort Manager Mr.Jaison Anithanam at The Grove, Kumarakom, Kerala.
Mr.Jaison who has by his sheer foresight expertise and dedication turned the resort into a paradise, taking into consideration every single minutest expectations of a member who would aspire to make his stay memorable.The guests are greeted with a fruit basket aside from the normal welcome drink as a warm gesture. Even though this is our fifth visit to the resort, they always treat us as if it’s our first time visiting.
We can see that they have made changes to better the services to members.Truly Mr.Jaison is an asset to the Odyssey who has brought laurels to the name of Karma keeping all the members happiness in the forefront.
