It was a spur of the moment decision to go to Bali for the weekend to celebrate our 34 wedding anniversary. We got exceptional Service from the Odyssey team in particular Widya who we gave less than an hour’s notice to find us accommodation in Bali, Widya got back to us within the hour advising she found us a room at the Sanur resort. Sanur being one of our favorite places in Bali. We found it easily enough from the front it looked old and worn out but as you go around the entrance wall it opens to a virtual oasis the pool is very inviting the gardens are manicured everything looked clean and inviting the reception staff were most accommodating nothing was too much of a problem.
We were given a room with a balcony overlooking the pool on the 1st floor the room was huge with a table and chairs a small kitchenette with microwave, tea and coffee plates cutlery complimentary water a mini fridge which had a great working ice box.
The bed was very comfortable with tastefully designed bedding and plenty of pillows .
The bathroom had a huge bath with shower the water pressure was very good and the water very hot they provided a bath foam which i used for a very luxurious bubble bath to start my day. They also provided body lotion and shampoo and conditioner in cute clay bottles just gave it that luxury 5* feeling. We ate at the restaurant the prices were very reasonable for a resort and the food was top quality so good that given the choice i chose to eat at the resort rather than my favorite restaurant on the beach.
We were very lucky to meet other guests who were very friendly and also all celebrating something special that we all celebrated together.
I look forward to booking the RBBC Sanur for our next stay in Bali and would recommend it to anyone as a very relaxing getaway.
