Just returned from Karma Lake Of Menteith. Boy, what a fabulous place. Amazing views of the lake. The restaurant overlooks the lake and it is great fun to watch the fishermen going out on their boats as you enjoy a great breakfast. All the food is locally sourced and is amazing. The staff, as is usual for Karma, are amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and we were royally looked after. Fabulous log fire to curl up in front of with a whisky, if that's your tipple. There is a huge range of whiskys to try, however the Karma Wines both red and white are also worth a try. Enjoyed it so much that we have booked to go back at the end of March. Would recommend it to anyone, but a car is essential. Also, would recommend visiting the Royal Yacht Britannia in Leith which is about an hour away but well worth a visit.
