This has a reference to my interaction with you regarding reservation of accommodation for my family of six at KUMARAKOM KERALA . At the outset I wish to place on record my sincere and deep appreciation of my pleasant experience with regard to reservations. Infact it was a treat to interact with you. When we arrived there in the GROVE (Hotel/Resort) at KUMARAKOM, it was all together a different world, the ambience was amazing. The GROVE (Hotel/Resort) is beautifully/tastefully laid out and maintained and also has a private pool and provision for other activities. Infact, a breathtaking beauty, right on the VEMBANAD LAKE exudes the charm of Kerala’s true heritage. Starting from the reception we were impressed by the grandeur of the place. The rooms were spacious, airy, with lot of sun light and magnificent view of the lake.
The arrangements made by the hotel for our excursions viz HOUSE BOAT CRUISE in VEMBANAND LAKE at KUMARKOM and Alleppy CANAL BOAT CRUISE were excellent.
The food at the hotel/resort was delicious and served with a lot of love and passion. The staff was very courteous and responsive. Infact the chef went out of the way to make local dishes that we requested although these were not part of the MENU.
To sum up, The GROVE has great ambience, an excellent/magnificent view of VEMBANAND LAKE right from reception, room and even restaurant. Good food served with smile and reasonably priced.
Infact the resort has lot to offer to keep one engaged.
