I just returned from my holiday at Karma Royal Palms, Goa and it was indeed refreshing for the whole family. I place on record my appreciation on the cleanliness of apartments. The room service was excellent and very well maintained. I also found the pool supervisor Mr. Arthur as well as the supervisor of the games and activity in-charge doing their job well and cheerfully. All the staff at the Brasserie (Restaurant) were very friendly and the food too was tasty and we enjoyed the live music played by the one man band.
Overall it was a very nice stay with the kids enjoying the pool in the evening and the activities by the day. I too played pool as well as table tennis. Found the counter staff at the reception too very well mannered and helpful.
