Our Holiday in India with Karma Group!

After a long flight from Copenhagen via Brussels to Bombay, on transit for almost 6 hours in Bombay we finally arrived at Goa. It was a sunny Saturday morning. We check-in at Royal Palms in Goa. It was quick and effective checking in and we’re already in our studio apartment after 10 minutes. Feels very welcome by the receptionist. The studio apartment is big with kitchen, electric kettle, stove, fridge etc. Flat screen TV with many movies channel. The resort is well maintained. The swimming pool is big and there's always staff with smiling faces. Thumbs up for the whole team who make Royal Palms a top resort.

Took a stroll to Benaulim beach. On the way to Benaulim beach, we stop by a restaurant for a early lunch. Being first time in India and not knowing what to order, the waiter helped us. We ordered Indian bread with potatoes filling, cheese garlic nan, mango lassi.

The last time we have mango lassi was in Kuala Lumpur 9 months ago. Lots of variety vegetarian food to choose in India. Masala te is our favorite te. As for shopping, we bought Te, spices and clothing. Not so much shopping this time as we travel to south East Asia often. In fact we will be leaving for Bangkok 14th November 2014. Beaches in Goa is beautiful. Long stretch of sandy beaches. It's great strolling on the endless long beach almost by ourselves as the high season haven’t started yet. Food and drinks is cheap in India. One doesn’t have to think twice to stop by for a beer, snack or coconut. We also rented bicycles and cycled to Margao town. Cycling gives us time to see things and stop anytime we want. Stop by the local stall and have a glass of sugar cane juice freshly press.

After 8 nights in Goa, we packed a small bag each and went to Delhi. Stayed one night and went to Agra the following day. 2 weeks in Goa is a bit too much. We like to see "the real India". We went to the local market, Ghandi museum, Parliament house. We stayed one night in Agra. Taj Majal is impressive. It's so beautiful. We have a guide in Agra.

Back in Goa again. We only have 3 days left in Goa. We have a very relaxing time, just going to the beach and hanging around the pool area. Enjoying the "happy hours" ordering drinks. Feeling very happy. Next destination Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Kuala Lumpur mid-November 2014.

Best regards
