Many thanks for the memorable stay in Karma Chakra,Kumarakom. I would like to thank all involved to make this trip pleasant for us. Booking Experience - This was done by yourself. Even though it was peak time but you have managed a unit for us. Without your good support, this was not possible. Once again thanks to you. Resort Experience - We have reached a day late in the resort. Previous day, whole day we drove and night time around 8 pm reached Calicut. Someone was trying to reach us from the resort. Since it was already late, she has suggested to stay back in Calicut and not to take risk. I am again thankful to her else I would have driven in night time to reach the resort.
About Resort - This is a beautiful resort and as soon as we have reached the resort we went for swimming. It was beautiful experience swimming in infinite pool. Staff was also extremely polite especially Mr. Lizo. He has helped us a lot weather it was late check in or late check-out (due to strike in Kerala). I must say, he has a big hand in making this trip memorable :) Apart from Mr. Lizo, Mr. Antony (House Keeping) and Ms. Anju was also ver y kind. I cannot miss to mention about the Chef (Sorry not able to recollect the name, star ting with P), we never expected such good vegetarian food in Kerala but we ate one of the best food prepared by him. Thanks a lot to him :)
Overall experience was amazing. I will certainly recommend this resor t / Karma group to more and more people.
