I recently stayed at Karma Minoan, Crete, Greece with my family and we all had a great time! The staff from the reception, restaurant and housekeeping were amazing!! Always happy to help with smile. They were very polite and always willing to go an extra mile!!

We had a Greek night at the resort and it was such fun!! The music and food was excellent and even my baby granddaughter enjoyed all the attention! I also had a birthday at the resort and the staff surprised me with a cake and birthday song at breakfast. We also met Paul who was very pleasant and always on hand if we needed anything.
Our units were very comfortable too, and the staff were happy to help if we need anything, specially for our little baby.
So thank you once again to all of you at Karma Minoan and maybe we will visit you again.
