It is praise worthy and I take this opportunity thank all the staff and management of Karma Royal Candidasa resort for providing us with an excellent service during our week-long stay. The Front Office, especially Kuda were all well prepared to welcome us upon our arrival with warm smiles and friendly gesture. Within minutes we were checked in and accompanied to our special ocean view room.
The rooms were beautiful, spacious and with a small kitchen. The cool breeze from the sea was soothing to our hearts and mind and we were very happy. Thanks to the management team for the surprised and special arrangements for my 77th birthday. It was simple but beautiful
The staff at the Restaurant were so friendly and ever ready to serve us. Food was fantastic with variety of cuisines from north, south, east and west. Superb. Though the daily breakfast was simple but very tasteful and with varieties. Thanks to Chef Dewa.
Our appreciations also to the Maintenance/Public Area teams for the well up keeping of. the resort compound, clean and beautiful. Of course, I must not forget the SPA staff, we experienced, skillful, friendly and professional therapists.
My wife, daughter and I had a full body 60 minutes “Balinese” massage. It was rejuvenating and made our “tired” bodies refreshing. We also had our facial. Our heartfelt appreciation to Sulinggih, the Resort Manager for taking care of us well. The whole team went an extra mile and made us “feel at home” during the week-long stay. We also wish to thank Karma Concierge Bali, David Hadson and his team for the wonderful arrangements. Our stay was happy and satisfied and will come back again. I invite all those friends and members out there to come and experience yourselves the warmth of the staff and wonderful beach resort Karma Royal Candidasa Bali.
