Wonderful Karma Merapi at Yogyakarta, Indonesia
Preserving old buildings.
We were delighted to receive an invitation to stay at Karma Merapi on January 2-5, 2022. I was excited because especially we would be living in an old building that once belonged to relatives of the Sultan, the Java King at Yogyakarta.
The building is very strong and sturdy, designed in European style. It's really nice because we now have a room in Yogyakarta. Stayed there three nights, felt like going back in time.
Not only that, there is SixSense Cafe which we can have breakfast, lunch, dinner there. It's so beautiful cafe with the view of the white building Karma Merapi.
