We are members for a decade. This was the same resort we have signed in November 2013. We have great memories of this beautiful resort where we have celebrated many auspicious events like our birthdays and wedding anniversaries for the last 6 visits. This time around was my wife Ruth's 77th Birthday with staff and management on the houseboat resting non the famous and longest Lake Vembanad to the cool breeze of the saranading wind. Excellent staff provided excellent service. We were surprised to have experienced the Kerala style traditional welcome by the GM Rakesh Krishnan and his energetic team. Food was delicious and we enjoyed varieties of cuisines, especially the breakfast and Ayurveda traditional massage by experienced therapists. Cool, clean and spacious rooms close to the lake. Well kept surrounding and beautiful swimming pool next to the Water Side restaurant. We thank all the staff, Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Gusts Relations team and public area, especially Rakesh Krishnan the GM for taking care of us like an extended family. My wife Ruth, daughter Edel Socorro Ann, my sil Regina and I have greatly enjoyed our stay and will return next year with more of our family members, God willing. Adios to all for now.
