To guarantee your booking at the time of reservation, we require valid credit card details to secure the reservation. If not received 7 days prior to arrival your reservation will be cancelled.
No show and cancellation within 7 days of arrival date will be charged 90% of the reservation amount.
Any promotional rates including Advanced Purchase, Last Minute, Early Bird, Stay Longer, Stay Pay rates are non-refundable. You will be charged the total amount of your stay at the point of booking a promotional rate.
In case of a no show or cancellation only 10% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
For guests reserving Half Board packages, please be aware that you are entitled to breakfast daily, plus a 3 course dinner. Supplements may apply to certain items. Expenditure with a supplement value will be charged to your guest folio and will be payable upon check out.
Karma Club Member Discounts are only applicable to Active Karma Club Card Holders. All discounted bookings made with a Karma Club Promotional Code must be accompanied by a Active Karma Club Card at Check In. If a Active Valid Karma Club Card is not presented then the full BAR rate price will be charged.
