An Imperial villa offers superior home comfort with high quality hand crafted teak furniture, a home theatre surround sound system, DVD player, and a large LCD TV in the lounge and bedroom. The fully equipped modern luxury kitchen features LED lighting with dimmer controls and high quality glassware, cutlery and crockery.

You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to dining at Karma Royal Haathi Mahal. Our English pub named after the late Mark Attwood, our co-founder and former Sales & Marketing Director of Karma Royal Group, offers traditional English pub grub.

You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to dining at Karma Royal Haathi Mahal. Our English bar named after the late Mark Attwood, our co-founder and former Sales & Marketing Director of Karma Royal Group, offers traditional English bar grub.

Catch up with friends old and new in the cosy surroundings of this traditional English bar. There’s a full-size pool table, live sports on TV – the English Premier League, and all the international and IPL cricket and rugby.

Casa Lisboa

We are also proud to serve exceptional Portuguese/Goan, Indian & European cuisine created with loving care by our own award winning Chef, Kundan Jha. Kundan has served Karma Royal Resorts in India with distinction and unconditional loyalty for over 20 years and his food is sublime.

Casa Lisboa is designed to resemble a colourful Portuguese house, and we place great emphasis on recruiting and training quality individuals to deliver the highest possible standards of service. We also arrange special romantic candle lit dinners for two or more with a bespoke menu of your choice which you can work out together with Chef Kundan.

Even the location is your choice from your apartment, by the pool or on the terrace garden – the choice is yours. Your own butler for the entire evening. In addition to all this it goes without saying that a full in-room dining menu is available between 7.30am until 10.30pm throughout the year.

There are three separate pools and a built in Whirlpool so whether you want a vigorous game of water polo, or a lengthy swim or just a quiet paddle, there is plenty of space.

Adjacent to the main swimming pool is a substantial recreation area in which guests and Members can play table tennis, carom, pool and a multitude of board games like chess and draughts, all available on request.

Cinema

Immediately adjacent to Attwood’s Pub accessed via the pub you will be amazed to find a small intimate private cinema where we show children’s films every afternoon and the latest Bollywood movies every evening from 7.30pm. Both matinee performances and the evenings are extremely popular especially during holidays and the monsoon.

Gym

Our fully equipped gymnasium will help you shed those extra kilos you will inevitably accrue after a few nights in the pub and Casa Lisboa. If you are serious we have a fully trained instructor who will lead through the stretches and appropriate exercises for your body and age bearing in mind any medical condition.

Retail

We are very proud of our mini market in which we sell a full variety of grocery, dairy products and beers, wines and spirits for consumption in your accommodation – all at MRP rates.

Jewellery to gift or keep without having to trawl through the streets can be purchased from our Jewellers shop.

Located near the Activities Centre by the main pool, Three Monkeys Club is an oasis of delight and playful exuberance for children of all age groups. What’s more? the nearby bouncy castle for the little ones makes their vacation all the more exciting!

Karma Royal Haathi Mahal is located in Cavelossim, a small fishing village in South Goa – a serene and scenic antidote to the frenetic and bustling North.

A short stroll takes you to award-winning Mobor Beach, from where the tropical River Sal flows into the sparkling Arabian Sea. One of Asia’s top 10 beaches, this is a haven for sun-worshippers, thrill-seekers and nature-lovers alike – with boat trips, water sports and wonderfully friendly dolphins all vying for your attention.

A little further afield in Eastern Goa, you’ll find more unforgettable sights, including jewel-coloured spice plantations and the extraordinary four-tiered Dudhsagar Falls.

All foreign tourists must apply for a visa before travelling to India. UK citizens spending up to 30 days in the country can apply for a double entry e-Tourist Visa – make sure you apply at least 4 days before your departure date.
