Terms and Conditions

• To guarantee your booking a 30% deposit of the cost of your stay is required when you make a reservation. This is non-refundable. The balance is due to be settled upon check-out at the hotel.
• The total amount for your booking will be charged in case of being a No Show or if the cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival.
• The total amount of your stay will be charged at the point of booking any promotional or discounted rate, such as Advanced Purchase, Early Bird, Stay Longer and Stay Pay rates. The amount is non-refundable & non amendable.
• For guests reserving Half Board packages you are entitled to breakfast daily, plus a 3-course lunch or dinner. Supplements may apply to certain items. Expenditure with a supplement value will be charged to your guest folio and will be payable upon check out.
• Karma Member discounts are only applicable to active Karma Member card holders. All discounted bookings made with a Karma Member promotional code must be accompanied by an active Karma Member who must present the Karma Member card upon check in, otherwise, the Best Available Rate will be charged.
• If there is any amendment or cancellation due to weather or travel disruption, Karma St. Martin’s has the right to charge the full nightly balance. Any last-minute amendments may result in full charge.
• Force Majeure
  • In the event of a circumstance of “Force Majeure” which is defined as any circumstances beyond the control of either Party including but not limited to any Act of God, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions, disease, act of terrorism, civil commotion, industrial or trade dispute, government action or inaction, request of a governmental authority or any form of government, except where otherwise expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss as a result of “Force Majeure”.
