DAY 2 – SATURDAY, 05 OCTOBER 2024
- 8-9am – Start your day with a rejuvenating session of Vinyasa Yoga and guided meditation to align body and mind
- 9-10am – Nourish your body and connect with fellow retreat participants over refreshing juices and smoothies
- 11am-1pm – Learn breathwork techniques followed by an invigorating ice bath to awaken the senses and promote mental clarity
- 1-2pm – Indulge in a wholesome lunch break with nutritious cuisine specially crafted to replenish your energy levels and support your well-being
- 2-5pm – Enjoy leisurely free time to explore the surroundings or participate in optional sessions with Babs focusing on chakra balancing or heart reading
- 5-6pm – Unwind and recharge with a restorative session featuring gentle movements and guided hypnosis visualisation for cultivating positive affirmations and inner peace
- 7pm – Conclude your day with a communal beachside barbecue dinner at Karma Beach
DAY 3 – SUNDAY, 06 OCTOBER 2024
- 8-9am – Begin the day with an invigorating Pilates session then seamlessly transition into a serene meditation practice to harmonise both body and mind
- 9-10am – Gather with fellow retreat participants for a refreshing juice or smoothie
- 11am-1pm – Embark on a journey of deep relaxation and rejuvenation with a Yoga Nidra session followed by an invigorating ice bath
- 1-2pm – Savour a nutritious and delicious lunch thoughtfully prepared to nourish your body and replenish your energy levels
- 2-5pm – Enjoy 3 hours of free time to explore the surroundings or participate in optional sessions with Babs focusing on Chakra Balancing or Heart Reading
- 5-6pm – Unwind and release tension with a gentle Yin Yoga practice where you’ll focus on deep stretching and relaxation
