    DAY 1 – FRIDAY, 28 MARCH 2025
    • 2PM: Arrival and check-in, optional spa treatments (additional costs apply)
    • 7PM: Welcome sunset BBQ
    DAY 2 – SATURDAY, 29 MARCH 2025
    • 7-9AM: Breakfast
    • 9:45AM: Valley of the Giants treetop adventure
    • 11:30AM: Craft beer tasting & light lunch at Boston Brewery
    • 2PM: Mount Barker walking wine tour
    • 5PM: Return to Chimes for downtime and use of facilities
    • 7:30PM: Chef Silas Masih’s private dining experience with regional wine pairings
