Join us in the historic environs of Carcassonne and the Corbier Massif for two days packed with history, culture and cuisine. Explore the ancient Benedictine Abbey of St. Hilaire; discover the renowned wines of Blanquette de Limoux; wander the enigmatic village of Rennes Le Chateau and uncover the secrets of Chateau Montségur. Indulge in exquisite French cuisine and unwind amidst the picturesque landscapes of Limoux and Montreal. A quintessentially French weekend!

ITINERARY

DAY 1 – THURSDAY, 08 AUGUST 2024

Check-in.

DAY 2 – FRIDAY, 09 AUGUST 2024

Morning: After breakfast, depart Karma Chateau de Samary at 9:00am and head to the famous Benedictine Abbey of St. Hilaire. Explore its history, architecture, and Gothic cloister. Lunch at La Taverne à Bacchus.
Afternoon: Tour Maison Guinot vineyard, taste Blanquette de Limoux wines.
Evening: Dinner at Karma Château de Samary with Blanquette de Limoux apéritives.

DAY 3 – SATURDAY, 10 AUGUST 2024

Morning: After breakfast at Karma Chateau de Samary, depart for Rennes le Chateau at 9:00am. Explore the mysterious village, visiting the Church of Saint Mary Magdalene. Lunch at Le Jardin.
Afternoon: Visit Chateau Montségur and discover the storied history of the Cathars. Visit Collégiale de St Vincent in Montréal d’Aude.
Evening: Return to Karma Chateau. Dinner at L’Auberge du Dominicain in Montreal. Screening of the Da Vinci Code starring Tom Hanks.
