Go down the rabbit hole with Karma Royal Palms and Soul Travelling as we take you on a fantastic journey taking in the hidden facets of Goa few tourists encounter. Visit the hidden heritage villages of Rachol and Shiroda in the south, explore a lost fortress, a gilded temple and an ancient seminary, then discover the culinary secrets of Chorao Island, where we’ll wander through cool plantations and learn the unique cooking methods of the local community followed by a delicious homemade lunch.

ITINERARY

DAY 1 – MONDAY, 15TH JULY 2024

Check in. In the evening, join the group for a delicious Goan themed Dinner at Benaulim Brasserie accompanied by live music.

DAY 2 – TUESDAY, 16TH JULY 2024

The Two Faces of Goa. Explore the two sides of Goa with our experience partners- Soul Travelling as you embark on a trip to the villages of Rachol and Shiroda in South Goa. Explore a lost fortress, a gilded temple and a stunning seminary. Enjoy a local breakfast and a ferry ride across the Zuari River.

DAY 3 – WEDNESDAY, 17TH JULY 2024

Island Culinary Secrets – Head over to the riverine island of Chorao to witness traditional cooking methods of the locals on the Island, walk through a family plantation and enjoy a home made lunch.
