KARMA YOGA WITH MARIA ARNAOUTAKI
Every Thursday, we offer a rejuvenating morning Vinyasa flow class to awaken your mind and stretch your muscles. On Tuesdays, unwind in style with a slow yet strengthening yoga flow session that concludes with a meditation to calm the mind. Maria is also available for private yoga classes.
