ITINERARY
DAY 1 – FRIDAY, 6 SEPTEMBER 2024
Check in. Time to relax before our welcome dinner a multiple-course tasting menu curated around the best of seasonal Scottish produce including foraged mushrooms, delicious seafood, langoustines and scallops plus prime Scottish beef.
DAY 2 – SATURDAY, 7 SEPTEMBER 2024
Morning Tour of the Trossachs National Park with an expert local forager who’ll take the group out to learn the fine details of foraging and experience the beauty of the surrounding areas.
Afternoon – After a gourmet picnic lunch, we’ll take a trip to the famous Glengoyne Distillery, producing world-class single malt whisky that is matured in the lowlands. Tour the distillery and sample some of their finest whisky.
Evening Dinner and wine pairing at Cromlix House, the renowned restaurant owned by tennis legend Andy Murray, with head chef Darin Campbell who previously worked under Andrew Fairlie at Gleneagles 2 Michelin star restaurant.
