    • To guarantee your booking at the time of reservation, we require valid credit card details to secure the reservation. If not received 7 days prior to arrival your reservation will be cancelled.
    • No show and cancellation within 7 days of arrival date will be charged 90% of the reservation amount.
    • Any promotional rates including Advanced Purchase, Last Minute, Early Bird, Stay Longer, Stay Pay rates are non-refundable. You will be charged the total amount of your stay at the point of booking a promotional rate.
    • In case of a no show or cancellation only 10% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
    • For guests reserving Half Board packages, please be aware that you are entitled to breakfast daily, plus a 3 course dinner. Supplements may apply to certain items. Expenditure with a supplement value will be charged to your guest folio and will be payable upon check out.
    • Karma Club Member Discounts are only applicable to Active Karma Club Card Holders. All discounted bookings made with a Karma Club Promotional Code must be accompanied by a Active Karma Club Card at Check In. If a Active Valid Karma Club Card is not presented then the full BAR rate price will be charged.
