    Karma Sawet is an intimate hilltop estate of thirteen villas nestled in the wooded hills behind Maenam, on Koh Samui’s celebrated north coast, now widely regarded as the island’s most prestigious stretch. Perched high above the Gulf of Thailand, every villa looks directly north across the water toward Koh Phangan, just ten kilometres away. Sunrises to the east, sunsets to the west, blue water ahead.

    The name says everything: Sawet (เศวต) is the elevated Thai word for white, rooted in Sanskrit, reserved for royal and sacred contexts, and most famously associated with the revered white elephants of the Thai monarchy. Our smallest and most private Samui property, it sits on the same coastline as the principal filming location for The White Lotus Season 3.
