ITINERARY
- 7:00 pm – Arrive at KOL’s private dining area for a welcome cocktail, champagne, or non-alcoholic alternative.
- 7:30 pm – Eight-course Oaxacan-inspired tasting menu with wine or non-alcoholic pairings.
- 10:30 pm (approx.) – Dinner concludes.
