- 8:00 am – Breakfast boxes delivered to rooms
- 9:00 am – Short walk to Salamanca Market with free time to browse
- 11:30 am – Huon Jet Adventure
- 1:00 pm – Lunch and cider tasting at Wylie Smith’s Apple Shed, Huon Valley
- 3:00 pm – Return transfers to Hobart CBD, afternoon at leisure
- 7:00 pm – Farewell group dinner
