    Sate Kambing
    Grilled lamb skewers, marinated with ginger and garlic
    Corn On The Cob
    Grilled sweet corn with chili butter and parmesan
    Pepes Ikan
    Fresh tuna cooked in banana leaves with sambal matah
    Nasi Bakar Babi
    Turmeric rice with braised pork grilled in banana leaves
