Check in. Welcome drinks at Karma La Herriza followed by a quick journey into the local town Gaucin to do a tapas route sampling different traditional tapas at different bars in the town.
DAY 2 – SUNDAY, 30 JUNE 2024
Iberico ham organic farm tour and tasting – seeing how Iberico pigs are raised and fed on acorns and chestnuts. Tasting and information around the curing process and why Iberico is one of most highly regarded ham and pork in the world. Evening – Andalusian feast at Karma La Herriza with traditional dishes and sherry pairings.
DAY 3 – MONDAY, 1 JULY 2024
Cookery demonstration and lesson about how to make local dishes and their Moorish origins – like Salmorejo. Everyone can sit and have the fruits of their labour for lunch. Evening – Big wood-fired paella outside!
