    • Minervois wine tasting at Chateau Pennautier
    • Lunch by Chef Franck Debethune at Maison Logeril – (The Table of Château Pennautier) with wine pairings
    • Corbieres wine tasting – Various vineyards within the region, the largest A.O.C in L’Aude
    • Visit the A.O.C of Fitou with Madame Parmentier tasting.
    DAY 3 : WEDNESDAY 29 OCTOBER 2025

    • Limoux Sieur d’Arques Blanquette to taste the “original Champagne”
    • Lunch at Gayda – Vineyard Domaine de Gayda set within the vines with views of the Pyrenees.
