    • Evening at leisure to settle in.
    DAY 2 – Wednesday 7th May 2025

    • Begin with breakfast at Seaside Restaurant.
    • Journey to Sidemen Village for palm wine plantation exploration:
      • Experience traditional arak making.
      • Sample fresh palm wine.
      • Savour local snacks & coffee.
      • Receive complimentary bottle of artisanal arak.
    • Lunch overlooking stunning rice terraces.
    • Visit traditional sea salt makers in Kusamba Village.
