    June’s Chef Recipe – Wellness Breakfast Inspirations: Karma Non-dairy Bircher Muesli

    Karma Non-dairy Bircher Muesli:
    Almond milk, dried fruits, goji berries, green apples, hazelnuts & almonds

    Equipment:

    Ingredients:

    Almond Milk

    • 200 - grams
    • 1 - liter
    • 2-3 - drops
    • To Taste
    • Remove the almonds from the water and rinse under a little bit of filtered water. Place in the blender.
    • Add the remaining filtered water and puree smooth.
    • Season to taste with vanilla essence and sweetener of your choice.
    • Strain through a fine sieve to yield approximately 400-500 ml of almond milk.

    Bircher Muesli Yields: 6 portions

    • 200 - grams
    • 400 - ml
    • 1 - gram
    • pinch
    • 40 - ml (sweetness to taste)
    • 2-3 - drops (to taste)

    • 80 - grams
    • 30 - grams
    • In a mixing bowl add the oats, almond milk, cinnamon powder and salt.
    • Add the liquid sweetener and vanilla essence to desired sweetness and taste.
    • Add the dried fruits and nuts.
    • Stir well and transfer to plastic container with lid
    • Place in the fridge overnight so the oats absorb the liquid.
    • Adjust consistency with remaining almond milk if desired.
    • Adjust sweetness by adding more liquid sweetener of your choice.
