    ITINERARY
    DAY 1 – FRIDAY, 15 NOVEMBER 2024

    Upon arrival, indulge in a serene sunset sauna and jacuzzi session followed by a group healthy dinner at Temple Lounge to kick off your retreat experience.

    DAY 2 – SATURDAY, 16 NOVEMBER 2024

    Start your day with a rejuvenating Pilates session then enjoy a DIY smoothie bowl and jamu-making class where you’ll learn to concoct traditional Indonesian herbal drinks. At midday you’ll partake in a nourishing Karma Fit lunch, followed by an afternoon at Karma Beach and a sunset yoga session.

    DAY 3 – SUNDAY, 17 NOVEMBER 2024

    Begin your morning with another energising Pilates session then unwind with a face mask-making session at Karma Spa. You’ll also participate in a healthy snack cooking class where you’ll create protein-packed delights. As the sun sets, go on a scenic e-bike adventure followed by a relaxing stretching class and concluding with a shared wellness-inspired dinner.
