Join Karma wellness expert Jo Richards at Karma La Herriza in the heart of Andalusia for five days of holistic health & fitness activities combining yoga, pilates, mindfulness, breathwork, coldwater therapy, bespoke nutrition from Karma Ambassador Phil Greening, coaching, relaxation and of course traditional Spanish culture & cuisine!

ITINERARY

DAY 1 – MONDAY, 14 OCTOBER 2023

Arrive at Karma La Herriza from 3pm onwards
Group gathering for a cheese and wine tasting in the cellar with panoramic mountain views
Welcome dinner

DAY 2 – TUESDAY, 15 OCTOBER 2023

7.45 am : Sunrise Yoga
9-10 am : Healthy breakfast – whole wheat breads, fruits, avocados, juices, ham and cheese, omelettes, mushrooms, boiled eggs, fresh eggs, yoghurts.
11 am : Morning fitness session
12.30 : Healthy lunch – Buffet style with salads, vegetables, meats and fish
Free afternoon or 1:1 sessions* – leisure time, relaxing by the pool
4 pm : Teatime breathwork and mindfulness session with Jo Richards
7.30 pm : Paella night

DAY 3 – WEDNESDAY, 16 OCTOBER 2023

7.45 am : Sunrise Fitness and Cold Water Swim in pool
9-10 am : Healthy Breakfast
11 am : Morning Pilates session with Jo Richards
12.30 : Healthy lunch
Free afternoon or 1:1 sessions* – leisure time, relaxing by the pool
4 pm : Goal setting with Jo Richards
7.30 pm : Flamenco night set menu

DAY 4 – THURSDAY, 17 OCTOBER 2023

7.45 am : Sunrise Yoga
9-10 am : Healthy Breakfast
11 am : Walk to Gaucin
Lunch in the village at a traditional restaurant
Free time in Gaucin and option to walk back to the resort
Free afternoon or 1:1 sessions* – leisure time, relaxing by the pool
Introduction and set up of free access to The Athlete Factory’s App for a bespoke nutrition and training plan developed by Karma Ambassador Phil Greening
Specially prepared farewell dinner

DAY 5 – FRIDAY, 18 OCTOBER 2023

Breakfast
