ITINERARY
DAY 1 FRIDAY 25 SEPTEMBER 2026
- Arrive at Karma St. Martin’s and check in.
- Time to explore the island or relax by the beach.
- Welcome drinks and handcrafted canapés.
- Welcome dinner hosted by the General Manager and Head Chef, showcasing the finest local seafood and seasonal produce.
DAY 2 SATURDAY 26 SEPTEMBER 2026
- Morning (Approx. 6:30–8:30 AM departure, tide dependent) Bluefin Fishing Experience
- Depart from St Martin’s jetty.
- 6–9 hour guided Bluefin Tuna expedition with expert local skipper.
- Breakfast, lunch and refreshments served onboard.
- Island Experience (Alternative Programme)
- Hands-on seafood masterclass with the Head Chef and local fisherman.
- Prepare seasonal island produce and learn local culinary techniques.
- Afternoon vineyard tour and wine tasting at St Martin’s Vineyard.
- Evening
- Chef’s signature dining experience featuring the day’s freshest local ingredients.
DAY 3 SUNDAY 27 SEPTEMBER 2026
- Guests alternate between the fishing and island programmes where required. Island experiences may include:
- Glass-bottom boat excursion (weather permitting).
- Complimentary 45-minute Karma Spa treatment.
- Free time to explore St Martin’s.
- Evening
- Seafood sharing feast celebrating the island’s daily harvest.
DAY 4 MONDAY 28 SEPTEMBER 2026
- Leisurely breakfast.
- Time for a final walk along the beach.
- Check out and departures.

- All bookings are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned or transferred to another individual or member once confirmed.
- The attendee names provided at time of booking must be the exact attendees at the event, unless explicit approval is granted by Karma Concierge.
- All membership fees must be current at both the time of booking and the date of the event in order to attend. Refund of any monies / points used will be given subject to a minimum of 30 days notice being given.
