- 9:00 AM: Depart for Sidemen Village
- 10:30 AM: Traditional Arak-making experience and tasting
- 12:30 PM: Lunch overlooking the rice fields of Sidemen
- 3:00 PM: Visit traditional sea salt makers in Kusamba
