- 7:30 PM: Family-style Goan Christmas feast at Coastal Kitchen featuring port wine, roast suckling pig, freshly baked bebinca and Christmas carols
DAY 2 WEDNESDAY 16 DECEMBER 2026
- Breakfast
- 10:30 AM: Traditional Christmas star-making workshop
- 12:00 PM: Local tavern and festive market exploration, sampling seasonal delicacies and infused spirits
- Lunch at The Goan Kitchen heritage dining space
- 8:00 PM: Exclusive whisky pairing dinner hosted by Chef Aaral and Paul John Distillery, featuring the 2026 Christmas Edition Single Malt Whisky
