- Check-in at Karma Tashi and welcome briefing
- Kangri Dham traditional Himachali dinner prepared by Chef Kamal
- Live performances by local folk artists
DAY 2 TUESDAY 16 MARCH 2027
- Breakfast picnic by the riverside featuring fresh chai, buttered parathas and local favourites
- Drive to the tea estates of Palampur
- Lunch at the Tea Estate Dining Room
- Transfer to Lungta Village Glamping Resort
- Campfire, BBQ dinner and overnight glamping overlooking the Dhauladhar Mountains
DAY 3 WEDNESDAY 17 MARCH 2027
- Sunrise tea and coffee at the campsite
- Return to Karma Tashi for breakfast
- Visit the Gyuto Monastery and the Norbulingka Institute of Tibetan Arts
- Lunch at Divine Hima Restaurant
- Foot massage by Karma Spa overlooking the Dhauladhar mountain range
- Tibetan-themed dinner featuring momos, thukpa, tingmo and regional favourites

- The attendee names provided at time of booking must be the exact attendees at the event, unless explicit approval is granted by Karma Concierge.
- All membership fees must be current at both the time of booking and the date of the event in order to attend. Refund of any monies / points used will be given subject to a minimum of 30 days notice being given.
