FRIDAY, 15TH SEPTEMBER 2023
- 10 am : Head out for an e-bike exploration of Assolna, nestled by the serene River Sal. When you’re back at Karma Royal Haathi Mahal, head to our lobby-level Waffle Bar for a delicious scoop of locally sourced gelato.
- 5 pm : Join Chef Avijit for a Pasta Masterclass in Casa Lisboa’s live kitchen.
- 7.30 pm : Followed by a wine pairing dinner, where you’ll savour the renowned La Piuma Chianti from Toscana.
SATURDAY, 16TH SEPTEMBER 2023
- 8 am : Begin your day at our activities centre as our team guides you through a yoga session.
- 11 am : Head to Margao town with Chef Kundan. Enjoy a tour of this traditional Goan market as Chef shops for his signature Indian feast later.
- 7.30 pm : Head to Casa Lisboa to embark on a culinary journey of India with our specially curated ‘Maharaja‘s Table‘ 5-course sit down dinner. This elaborate Indian meal is inspired by the cuisines of the vast Indian Sub-continent.
SUNDAY, 17TH SEPTEMBER 2023
- 11.30 am : It’s all hands-on-deck at our Splash Bar where you’ll be taught to make the Indonesian ‘Jamu’, a turmeric herbal drink, known for its numerous health benefits.
- 3 pm : Gear up and head out to the picturesque Butterfly Beach in South Goa to enjoy a sunset picnic.
- 7.30 pm : When you return, join us for a pop-up ‘Warung’ at Casa Lisboa restaurant. This delightful spread will feature satays, nasi goreng, and much more.
