DAY 1 FRIDAY 18 SEPTEMBER 2026
- 2:00 pm – Check in at leisure and afternoon to explore or relax
- 7:00 pm – Welcome group dinner
DAY 2 SATURDAY 19 SEPTEMBER 2026
- Morning – Breakfast available
- 9:30 am – Transfers to Jumping Crocs
- 11:00 am – Jumping Crocs Adventure on the Adelaide River
- 12:30 pm – Lunch at Humpty Doo Hotel
- 2:00 pm – Transfers back to accommodation
- Afternoon at leisure
- 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm – Farewell sunset dinner cruise on the Darwin River
DAY 3 SUNDAY 20 SEPTEMBER 2026
- Morning – Breakfast available
- 10:00 am – Farewells and check out

- All bookings are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned or transferred to another individual or member once confirmed.
- The attendee names provided at time of booking must be the exact attendees at the event, unless explicit approval is granted by Karma Concierge.
- All membership fees must be current at both the time of booking and the date of the event in order to attend. Refund of any monies / points used will be given subject to a minimum of 30 days notice being given.
